Pick Up and Return Details

The artworks will be taken down and ready for pick up on Friday January 18th between 12 – 5 pm from OACC, 388 9th St, Suite 290, Oakland, CA 94607. All artworks will be moved out of OACC after January 18th. So,  if you can not pick up your work on this day, you will need to arrange another time next week via this email and pick your work from Mr. Shirinbab’s home/studio in Albany. All arrangements need to go through us and NOT OACC, since they are only hosting the exhibition and not managing it.

Artworks will be ready for post back from the week of January 22nd. If you have included a return label already, we will post back your work directly. If not, we work with USPS, UPS, or Fedex to post back artworks. The pricing for posting artworks nationally is $69 and internationally $89. The payment can be made at the top of this page.

Any artwork that is not picked up after February 1, 2019 or does not have a return label or is returned from post office or international custom for any reason, will be remained as our property and might used in other exhibitions or used at our fundraisers and auctions in the future.

Artwork Presentation

The original artwork for the exhibition needs to be professionally prepared to be displayed. 2D artworks should be framed well and have a wire for installation on the back for hanging; If the artist fails to do so, we may either avoid displaying the work or install our own wiring system with screws on the back of the frame.

Please include your name, title of the work, and your contact information on the back of your artwork. We use exhibition wiring system with hooks to mount works in gallery and do not nail or screw any artwork to the walls of gallery.

The OACC’s gallery is equipped with 2 display cases, so besides framed works, this year we accept works on paper, folios, manuscripts, treatise, small sculptural works and other non-framed works. Works on paper or folios need to have proper matting for display.
